Tru By Hilton Audubon Valley Forge

We were here for 2 nights and the place was clean, kids running around for sports tournaments made it a lively place. Everyone was super respectful of downtime hours at least on our floor. The true test of a clean hotel is whether the filters in the air conditioner of the room are clean or full of dust. I always check them upon entry and most times have to clean them out and then lysol the air grates. This time, at Tru they were in great shape which was impressive. The breakfeast is ok, most hotels can do better to be honest at least in the scrambled eggs, the rest was great. Don't hesitate to stay here, it's a great place...

Overall, the hotel was very nice, clean, and appealing. I also found the staff to be exceptionally nice and professional. The breakfast was satisfactory. The primary issue during my stay was with the heating and hot water. I had to change rooms because the heating unit in the first room was functioning very poorly. Additionally, the shower water was consistently warm, not hot.

We stayed here for a soccer weekend. We are from Northern Virginia. The hotel was clean, staff was welcoming. The foosball table and pool were a hit for the kids. Room bathroom had built in body soap, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Breakfast was included and there was coffee available all day. We are still talking about how clean it was for the low price. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location next to WAWA, Starbucks, and other restaurants. There's also a Walmart across the highway. Everything is really close and convenient. Good customer service Room was very clean I was able to do everything through through the app including check-in. My room was ready by 2:00 pm. I had no issues with parking. I didn't have the free breakfast, only coffee. Only dislike was the room was a bit cold at night. I normally don't get cold easily. I will most definitely stay here again.

I asked for a room near the elevator & was accommodated. There are several handicapped parking spots near the entrance. The lobby is very nice for relaxing & there is a nice mural. Water & ice are available in the lobby, conveniently located near the elevator. There are dining options within walking distance including Chickie & Pet’s & Bab’s Hot Chicken. Both are very good. There is also a Wawa convenience store nearby with food options & gasoline pumps. One thing that really impressed me is that they texted me shortly after checking in & asked if everything was ok.

I wish I could have given a full five stars, because there were many things I truly enjoyed about my stay. The customer service was excellent from the moment I walked through the door, very friendly and welcoming. The hotel decor is cute, modern, and perfect for solo travelers. I also appreciated the room's layout and size. However, the cleanliness did fall short. There were strands of hair left in the towels and the shower. I even tried cleaning the shower myself, but there were still hairs present, which made the experience uncomfortable. The complimentary breakfast is smaller than what I’ve had at other Hilton properties, though the hotel’s location makes up for it. There are plenty of food options nearby, including Starbucks and Panera Bread. Before checking out, I shared my concerns with the front desk, but unfortunately, there was no follow-up. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for one- to two-night stays, especially for solo travelers. The staff and location are great, and with improved attention to cleanliness, this could easily be a 5-star experience.

I gave this 2-star hotel 4 out of 5 stars. If I were comparing it only to other hotels or chain motels in the same 2-star category, I could probably give it close to a 5. However, I’m sharing my honest opinion of a budget hotel for families, especially those traveling with pets. The hotel is well maintained—clean and organized. The guest room and bathroom were clean, with simple modern décor. Everything is minimal but sufficient for a short stay. The continental breakfast is good, not extensive, but enough. I usually only eat oatmeal in the morning, so I was happy to see nuts and other extras available. My biggest complaints are the bedsheets. The bedsheets are not made of cotton and created a lot of static with every single movement at night, since the room felt very dry due to the AC. This is very depressing and annoying to me. But overall, we had a good stay.

Nice little hotel that is clean and conveniently located near a wide variety of restaurants and shopping. You are greeted with bright decor and polite staff upon entering. The rooms are not large but clean and the bathrooms are nice and modern. The mattresses are a little too soft and sag. There is a pool and a gym and breakfast is included.
